Split Thistle Quail Farm is a family-owned farm located in Perry, Georgia, just four miles from Interstate 75, making us conveniently located for customers traveling throughout Georgia and the Southeast.
Founded by Michael and Amanda Keeler, Split Thistle Quail Farm was built from a love of the outdoors, bird dogs, wildlife conservation, and the traditions that bring families together. What began as a passion project has grown into a commitment to raising quality Northern Bobwhite quail for dog trainers, hunting preserves, sporting clubs, and conservation programs.
Our birds are raised on the ground in spacious flight pens with minimal human contact to encourage natural behavior and strong flight characteristics. We believe healthy birds and honest service matter, and we take pride in producing birds that perform naturally in the field.
Whether you're introducing a young bird dog to its first covey, managing a preserve, or supporting conservation efforts, our goal is simple: provide quality birds while helping preserve the traditions that connect people to the outdoors.
